What is the Payout Buffer and how does it work?
We give our best to keep Made in Romania a safe marketplace for both the buyers and the sellers. Purchasing goods over the internet and not meeting the seller in person can sometimes be very tricky. We give our best in inviting into our platform only well-known suppliers, however, we cannot accept any liability for their actions or the quality of their products.
Payout Buffer works in almost a similar way as a payment escrow, except for the fact that does not stop the payment from being made but it's delaying it giving you time to notice any illegal activity that might take place.
Do we offer Buyer Protection?
Yes, for payments made by card through our platform. Long story short, if you haven't received the products that you've ordered and you decided to pay by card then we will issue a full refund (except for the transaction fees), but you will no longer be entitled to receive the products. The claim must be made BEFORE the products are dispatched from the supplier and is not accepted if it's made after the products have left the factory (even if they are still in transit). Can I get a refund once the products are delivered?
Made in Romania marketplace does not get involved in the transaction itself, it only serves as a payment processor, and the business is carried directly between the customer and the supplier, therefore, has no authority over the funds of any of the suppliers, however, each case will be dealt with individually from case to case and if we consider that a seller should no longer be a member of our community based on the buyer's experience, then we reserve the right to close his account and cancel any future payouts for products that have not been dispatched yet.
