All sellers on our platform must accept a product return policy that it's listed in our terms & conditions page.
As a buyer you have 14 days from the day when products have been delivered to request a return. All products must be shipped by the buyer at it's own expenses to the seller warehouse and must be packed in original condition and in the same packaging. The transport fee supported by the buyer is non-refundable by the seller or by the Made in Romania marketplace.
